Welcome Kurt Dostal

Kurt Dostal joined Citizens State Bank in Leigh on September 23, 2019 as Assistant Vice President and Senior Loan Officer. Kurt was born and raised on a farm outside of Howells. He graduated from Howells High School in 2007. From there he attended Wayne State College. He graduated from Wayne State College with a degree in Business Administration and Ag Business in 2011. Kurt has worked for Farm Credit Services and Wells Fargo and has over 8 years of experience in the banking/finance field. Kurt and his wife Stephanie live on an acreage near Battle Creek with their two daughters, Hadlee (3 ½) and Jaylynn (14 months). He enjoys spending time with his family and co-running his family cow/calf operation, Dostal Show Cattle, with his dad and brother. Kurt commented that, “He is excited to be a part of a great community bank and looks forward to becoming part of the Leigh community.” We welcome him to Citizens!
